Sims 4 House Renovations: Cypress Terrace

Hey guys, since I'm not much a builder when it comes to building a home from scratch; I've been re-doing homes to fit the family who'll live there. Currently I've been working on Cypress Terracee in Willow Creek.

A bit of a summary for the family who lives there: The mother, Audrina Wolf is a Diamond Agent. Her style is Modern/Contemporary and you'll always find her wearing expensive clothing. Next up with the father, Drake Wolf is a film actor playing the lead role im Simder and Diamonds Are For Sims. Drake always fights for the best roles but has tons of insecurities being a Jealous Sim. The lovely couple has two beautiful (annoying) teenagers, Krysal and Gavin. Krystal being the oldest of the two, wants to stand out among the crowd. Her style leans on the edgy side and it really shows in her poor school performance. She loves to party and annoy her well-off parents. Gavin on the other hand, is very simple. He'll be the valedictorian with his amazing school grades and he still has time for all-night gaming. He stays low when it comes to drama and gives his sister the attention she craves so he can do what he wants.

Your renovation of Cypress Terrace looks very nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! It was great reading the background details of the sims who live there in your game. The sitting area is a very nice light filled area in the home. The Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs and sofa there, watching tv and reading a book from the bookcase. The hanging ceiling light looks very nice there. It looks great how the tv is placed on the corner nook walls. Very nice design of the kitchen! The cabinets look very nice how they are placed on the wall and the island sink and bar stool counter looks great! The olive oils cabinets and the wall spice set are great kitchen touches there. The flooring texture looks very nice. The dining area is very nice. It looks great that there are alternating coloured dining chairs. The patterned floor rug adds to the nice look of the area. The flowers on the table are pretty for sims to see when dining there. Very nice windows sitting nook. Sims will enjoy sitting resting after a meal, and enjoy nice views of the outdoors. Very nice furnishing of the teens bedrooms!The purple and the black colour schemes look very nice. It is nice that there is a vanity table in Krystal's bedroom. The strings of photos are a nice touch on the vanity wall. The movie posters on the wall in Gavin's bedroom look great! He will have fun playing video games in his room. The street art wall murals look great!

The home is very nice

Thank you (: I wanted the house to look very luxurious and modern, the living area was a hint of glam when your first walk in. As well as I wanted the teen rooms to not lose personality but still look modern, I'd imagine the mother would have each room designed accordingly.

The home is still a work in progress but I didn't want to make this post full of screenshots as this house is fairly large. I've included an outdoor hottub/sitting area as well as a home cinema. I imagine that Drake would want the family to watch films anytime he plays in one. I'm also working on an outdoor bar but it's giving me some troubles with the placement.

Of course living in luxury does have its perks, but I feel it also brings tons of drama for the family. (;
