Lol I'm updating the family tree and I don't remember if I had written anywhere that Mimsy and Elizabeth's parents were humans or vampires. For some reason I remember they were humans, but now I'm not quite sure. Whoops.
I miscalculated Guinevere's birth year. She was not born in the time period I thought she was. Instead she was born around the time Jerusalem became the Israeli capital...so I was off by a couple hundred years. .-. I regret making her so old now...BC years are a pain.
Edit: Whoops. Wrong again. She was born around the fall of Mycenae.
Just got caught up -- these last 3 chapters certainly have a Game of Thrones feeling to them. But I'm afraid Van Gould will still be dangerous even after his sentence is carried out.

Bahaha! That would make sense since I was watching GoT when I outlined that part of the prologue.
I mostly commented on Gwen's political bad a*ss ness on your blog, so I figured here I'd comment on the
Awwww...Gunther and Sam reunion. I"m so sorry that Gunther lost his mom...but the uncle/nephew reunion was so fantastic. I have to agree with @LadyLobster too that I hope Sam chooses freedom over continuing to be a food source for the vampires.
Also - we know Van Gould is sentenced to be imprisoned the rest of his human life, but what about the kids? Are they free to go now as humans? Interesting if they get re-vamp'd in the future (though not sure that's a thing in your lore or not).
He*ll Gwen's worry and guilt may be for nothing. Maybe the kids are really happy to be human? (not likely but hey - if the idea ease's our Queen's mind...)
So few shots to powerfully tell such an important event. Well done.

They're banished from Forgotten Hollow, as are their children and so-on.
As for re-vamping, there's lore! Monarchs are the only ones allowed to turn humans into vampire. Even if they did it illegally, the smell of the cure lingers in the plasma...since there's a hefty amount of garlic in it. It would turn off most vampires from doing the deed.
You know, in all seriousness (I know, I know shuddup ok), I really like wordless chapters! Maybe I am like a man and prefer visual simuli? IDK! Just makes you consider everything that's going on in the pictures that much more!

It can be a really masterful story telling tool!
I love wordless chapters, I just can never bring myself to do them unless I know the pictures are conveying what I want told. Which this chapter totally did.
Congrats on a solid 7000 word chapter (which is what each picture is worth)!
And I'm glad that no one is going to be able to revamp (sorry, couldn't resist) Van Gould. You've come up with a good explanation why not that's better than -- "well, the game doesn't autonomously turn Sims."
MCCC blessed Caleb with triplets...and one of them is named Byron :') I have a Byron in my game! He even has Byron's hairstyle...but brown.
@MVWdeZT Thank you I never thought about the game mechanics when I came up with that explanation, I just like to cover everything with something that fits.

Priorities! "Do I want to browse through 8000 lots for this next chapter or actually eat dinner?"

That's FOUR babies. That gives the Hemlock family a total of 6 children.
