I can't say I've fallen more than a few steps, since the staircases in my house have a landing ever 4-5 steps. I've fallen up the stairs far too many times to count

Maybe. I went for an indoor rollercoaster and it was so dark, I don't know if it went upside down. I know it went backwards too.
