The vast majority of the homeless townies that spawn in my game are elders and it's starting to drive me up the wall. I went through manage households and cleaned it out of sims to let new ones spawn. Well, I went to hire some new employees for my restaurant and the game generated a bunch of new single sims to choose from. Alright, I'm ok with that. But they are all elders! I went back out to manage households to see. 12 new single households generated, 11 are elder sims. This is how it is all the time. This can't be right can it? Why don't any young adults spawn? Not that I'm against the elderly or anything, but they're all that spawn.
I'm playing with aging off by the way, if that makes a difference, I don't know.

Other simmers have also been posting that the game has been generating elder sims as employees to choose from to hire at restaurants.
