Finding/getting the voodoo doll for the voodoo cookies

I feel stupid asking so many questions but my sim now has all her baking sills, fishing skills and even her all her mischief skills so how do I get/find the voodoo doll so I can make voodoo cookies? Once I get it/find it do I plant it so I always have it or just keep it in her inventory?

You can order the voodoo doll through the computer. Or you can go fishing & you may get lucky and catch it.
