Hello Simmers!! I've been waiting forever to start one of these and now that I can hopefully I'll get some responses. I decided to make a Showcase thread for newer builders to show off their work and hopefully learn from eachother in perfecting the craft. Im also hoping experienced builders will have input as well. So here we go

SO I'll start first if I can, This is my newest build called 'Tru Victorian' It is a replica model of a Victorian built in the 1990's. It has a library, sitting room, pool, 5bedrooms, 4bathrooms. My Sims can comfortably fit Three Generations inside this house without feeling crowded. It does have Get To Work items as well. Please Enjoy, and Thank you....

Tru Victorian is a very nice home! The exterior of the home is very nice! Very nice roof covered wraparound porch! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels in the build. The plants look nice lining the edges of the front pathway and on the edges of the porch. Nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the dining table, enjoying eating outdoors in the air. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel on the other front patio. The open shutter windows give a nice look t the home. Very nice layout of the interior of the home!
It is nice that you have created a simversion of a real life home. The home is very nice!

Thank you So much @rosemow I worked really hard on trying to make it as realistic as possible for Sims to enjoy and have a large family as well. My Sims move around in it so easily and it's always something for them to do. I appreciate your comment greatly!

This is a Get To Work Build 4beds, 5baths, Doctor's Office and pool. It's a unique build as I didn't replicate this one from an actual home but my own imagination. Please Enjoy!

Doctors Luxury and Peaking Mansion are both very nice homes! The exterior designs of each of them are very nice! The type of and placement of the windows in the homes looks very nice. Very nice outdoors living, dining and pool patio in the Doctors Luxury build! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. Very nice bar area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. They will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food poolside outdoors in the air at the umbrella covered table. Very nice layout of the interior of both of the homes! It is nice that there is a basement level in the Doctors Luxury build. The outdoors stairs look very nice how they are placed in the Peaking Mansion bulld. It is nice that there is a photo studio alcove area in the homes.
The builds are very nice!

This is the Single Scientist Loft! 2beds, 3baths. full garden. cowplant, laboratory, and library!!!

Single Scientist Loft is a very nice home! The exterior design and layout of the home is very nice! It looks very nice the type of and how you have placed the windows in the build. The red planter box window nooks look very nice. Very nice fenced backyard plants garden! Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants there. The furnishing of each of the levels of the home looks very nice! Both the interior and exterior areas of the home suits a scientist living there. It is great that there is a basement level in the build. The science lab area is great! The flooring texture in the levels looks great.
It is a very nice home for a scientist and for all sims to enjoy living there.
