      It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds. :)
      Tiers of Joy Bakery is a very nice place for sims to enjoy visiting to buy baked goods! @SimSwim2 :) The name of the build is great! The curved roofing is very nice! The water feature at the front of the building is nice for sims to see when coming to the store. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the store. It looks very nice how you have set up the tables and chairs for sims to enjoy sitting and dining at. Sims will enjoy choosing and buying tasty items from the glass display cases that you have placed there. The black and white chequered flooring looks nice and gives a great feel to the store. The black tables and white seating look nice with the colour of the flooring. Sims will enjoy cooking the baked goods in the stove and using the cupcake machine there.
      Bedside Manor is a very nice home! :) Very nice slanted roofing! The red colour of the exterior looks very nice. Very nice front steps entrance to the home! Nice gardening nook for sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The wooden flooring is nice.The red and brown wall paneling in the rooms looks nice. Nice corner bar area in dining room. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar after their meals. The blue teddy is cute in the kids room! The green colour of the bedside tables in the master bedroom looks very nice with the patterned floor rug that you have placed there. Nice sofa sitting area in the living room. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa watching TV. The blue wall tiling and the patterned floor rug in the bathroom look very nice together.
      Very nice exterior design of Clearview Estates :) The curved outdoors dining patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals at the table in the outdoors air. Very nice layout of the home.It is very nice that the kitchen is in the basement. Sims will enjoy going down to the basement to cook and eat their meals, as well as sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The brown wall paneling of the kitchen and dining room walls looks very nice. The floor rugs add nice touches in the rooms.

      *By the way, if you didn't want to white lines from the build grid to show up, you can hit "G" to remove them before taking your pics! :)
