As for your questions I think I'll just make it easier on you by saying no to all three, I'm so grateful you'd offer to do that for me but there's really no need. I'm more than happy to do all that myself once I get the couple's house built (which will be my next DNA request ), so please don't go out of your way. I'm just super excited that you're making my wish a reality, I cannot wait to see how you turn my OCs into sims.

Q1= Are you sure you dont want the house furnished at all (even No kitchen cuboards or bathroom items?) Yes I am sure.
Q2= Do you have any of the EA worlds as they provide me with more building items like modern windows and doors? I only have Riverview.
Q3= As youve only listed a few sims3 store items. Im asking whether you have BahHaus build set or and the Ultra lounge set? No, I have neither of those sets.

a reception desk did not come with the world/lot. you can use some counter tops as the reception desk and put a computer on it and a chair behind it.
Q2= How many communal rooms would you like and what do you want them to be ?
none. i want the first thing my characters see is the reception desk where they check in and then go to their room. after their stay they check out n go home. also my leading lady character will be having relations with married men here so the less likely they will get caught the better.
Q3= Would you like a managers quaters?

Q4= Parking and bike stands or other transport, What and how many?
parking n four parking spaces
Q5= Out door grounds would you like any activities ?
