So it's finally here addicted .. where you just may just become a new character in your favourite tv show, movie or book.. where you may also become the main star in a music video.. but beware of those fans who may just be out to sabotage you.
Each weeks assignments will be varied.. so your actor/actress, will more than certainly not find themselves in the same sort of position as the week before.

**For this competition you do not need to know every book, tv show, movie or song around.. Google can be a great friend for a spot of research..and hey you never know you may just find something you are interested in.

Sign ups will be open until we have at least 12 actors/actresses.



Please do not enter if you are likely to drop or be a no show..
CC allowed and highly recommended.
Editing allowed and recommended.
No Photo-skinning/face plastering allowed.
No picture re-takes what so ever.
No putting yourself or other contestants work down.
If need extension let me know at least 24 hours before deadline - only two extensions per contestant unless I allow otherwise (under certain circumstances).
Assignments last 7 days each.
All assignments will be due gmt time.

Mock Assignment - Crime Show

For the mock your actor/actress is required to find themselves a gig on a crime show, crime show meaning shows like NCIS, CSI, Criminal Minds, Bones, Mentalist etc.. (you may use a suggested one or another one you can think of)..you may star in a show which has been cancelled (for whatever reason) as long as that show has aired for at least one full season. You must write which show your actor/actress has got a gig in and the name of the episode (remember episode names usually only have a few words) this is for your choosing depending on what type of episode you are going for. The aim of this assignment is grab a shot of your sim in a scene of the episode. Be creative and have fun.

Must be a Crime show.
Let us know your chosen show.
Let us know name of episode.
Have thin black border.

Styling: /10
Setting: /10
Recognisable: 10
Creativity: /10
Requirements: /5
Effort: /5

Scoring Breakdown:
Styling: Easy how well is your sim styled for the given assignment.
Setting: Does your set look like it belongs to given film/tv show/book/song (etc a vintage setting book with your sim in a modern setting would not be great setting)..also how the set looks overall.. is it too plain? too crowded etc..
Recognisable: Is it recognisable what film/tv shoe/book/song you are portraying (you are acting in)
Creativity: Easy..how creative you have been with the assignment.. with this type of comp there is always plenty of space given so you can be as creative as possible.
Requirements: Did you follow the requirements, there will usually be very little requirements due to giving a larger chance for creativity like said above.
Effort: These are easy points given to the people who we know has put loads of effort into it and it shows/has paid of.

Extra shots
For some assignments /assignment 1 onwards/ you will be given an extra shot that you may hand in for extra points. The judges will vote/choose their favourite who will be the extra shot winner receiving +5 points to their score.. all who choose to hand in will receive +3 points. (the extra shot is not required..only if you choose to participate in it)

Sabotages
Sabotages will be randomly assigned to winners of certain rounds. The winner who has won the previous round will be assigned a sabotage that they are required to complete.. not doing so will harm their score. Completing the sabotage though will gain you +3 points.

Also, Going to add in that it doesn't matter whether the show you wish to use has been cancelled (for whatever reason) as long as it has had one season showing then you can use it.

Also, what is everyone thinking about doing for their mock show-wise? I am thinking about Dexter!

It's like said on front page, your model is starting out their career and gets a gig as an actor/actress guest starring for a show.. It is now up to you what you wish that episode to be about and called (so basically you get to make up a creative made up episode of that show) and your actor/actress will be in it? So no taking and already aired eipisode..rather making your own? Then taking a shot from it (eg..investigating some-one..investigating body... Going out to locations and stuff...) it's also your choice what place you want your actor/actress to be character wise... Could be victim, suspect, investigator or an extra of some sort.. It's up to you.. Just make the focus of the shot on your actor/actress (they may not even be focus in that scene, as long as they stand out to us... I hope this helps everyone understand?
