omg epic! now you make me want to play jerri in my game! next have her throw a party she always goes nude in my game an runs around witch boosts the party alot ...an she has randomly woohooed a few times too with different Sims at the party ....
Love your screenshots and captions! "Blackened salmon?" "Shut up..."
I'm a little nervous about going back into the game; my newest save started glitching out when I was trying to tag a wall. Likely related to one of Twallan's mods; I've heard of problems with Error Trap resetting Sims so I may have to pull that and see if I can play. :?
I want to put my mods back so badly, but I'm still waiting for Twallan to update for Uni.
Now that I have a nerd I think I'll check that monstrosity out.
This station builds a skill. Nerds confuse me: She has three skills going on. Handiness, Inventiveness, and Science.
Let's makeover Julie.
More like a tweak.
Shark finally maxed out that skill.
This is a surprise. Sims can analyze collectables with a kind of tri-corder device.
I invited over some sims just to hangout.
Lolly and Sarah are both in the same major. I wanted them to study together, but Sarah was sleepy. Not anymore. I knew those Invigorating elixirs would come in handy.
Shark is doing very well in his studies. He has time to goof off.
PJ check. Sarah was the only who needed new PJs.
I don't see this guy around much. I hardly notice him.
Lolly has been lax on rebel activities. It's time to rectify that.
Way back with in The Sims 2, I remember thinking that it was odd that there was no wildlife like squirrels. :-)
Now let's see what's in those dumpsters.
Treasure.
I do believe Shark will look back on college life with fondness.
He was a rabble-rouser back in the day.
I had let Jerri Nap since she was out of sync with the others.
I do have more elixirs though.
That must have been some nap. She's in high spirits now.
"And they laughed at me for going back to college at my age."
"Who's laughing now?"
The next day...
Still jealous of those exclusive scooters I didn't get. I'm trying to make this think look better.
Time to lay down the law on the maid. He's been a bit distracted and not doing his job.
And he's has the nerve to get uppity. You're fired!
I think that look is for the college girls he'll miss, not the job.
when using that big science project thing by the science building if you havent had them ajust the blue **** ray do that an then when its done click the machine again an it will say pull lever of doom! DO IT! youll be in for a funny suprise!
Love your updates, CK! Twallan already updated his mods. I have a couple of them installed currently.
He updated for the patch, but he hasn't updated for University itself.
2013-MAR-12
Back now.
As one may expect from my extended absence, I find SimCity to be thoroughly entertaining, irregardless of its launch issues.
However I have reached my fill for the moment, and intend to give EA some time to work out some of the myriad of bugs that have been reported.
Hopefully their much loathed server component will live up to its name, and actually serve rather than being a hinderance.
I will begin reviewing the forums over the next couple of days and collect any issues for review. I have real-life work to also catch up on, so expect a delay.
End-of-Line.
I plan to wait until the next versions of Story progression and Master Controller come out. I'll probably get some more building done while I wait.
I got no where near a ton of bugs and glitches. The only annoying thing I've noticed are sims running around from playing tag and a clone after returning from France.
I haven't even patched the game because I haven't felt the need yet.
I'll get Late Night day-one, irregardless of possible bugs. If it's really bad, I'll just do something else with my time until it's fixed.
It wouldn't surprise me if beds with better stats show up in The Store. I don't see why one of those bunk beds can't have better stats. They're all the same irregardless of price. That looks like an oversight by EA.
Now I'm going to have to chant 'regardless to cram it into my subconscious. :P

LOL. I never noticed when you did it. Now I feel a little bad.
Irregardless isn't a word. Haven't you seen that episode of family guy where Stewie freaks out about it? :P
Just a note on NRaas mods: been using most of them without a hitch. Error Trap was causing random resets so I had to take it out, but there's a new version so I plan to put it back in. Have had no issues with Master Controller, and I've got Story Progression turned off in University. Took out WooHooer and waiting to put that back in.

Jerri napping after waking just a little too early at Maxis time (6 AM).
Now awake and about to dash off to class.
She has a rough schedule with that double course load.
Lolly and Shark have time to putter about since they don't have class until noon.
The occasional visitor critiquing the decor.
Now Jerri can go home and get some sleep time before the next class.
"Hey! Put the laundry in the dryer when you get back to the dorm."
"OK"
My dorm runs like a well oiled machine.
Oh, the new maid is on the job. Jerri doesn't have to do anything.
She seems more capable than that other guy.
Lolly needs to increase her alchemy skills and also make some more useful elixirs.
I keep forgetting to put a light in there. :P
Up and at them, Jerri! And speaking of elixirs...
I totally forgot to make her drink this one. That's why I put it on the table: so I wouldn't forget!
She could have visited the Student Union building instead of coming home to sleep if she had drank it this morming.
It's not a potent elixir, so it will only bump up her energy level a little
Lolly used up her supply of ingredients and now has to get more.
Dinner time.
She might as well pick up some death flowers, just in case a vending machine or a bed crushes one of them.
It's late. She might have to drink one of her own elixirs.
Is that from an alien?
Sure is. I wonder if that device attracts them.
He has to keep an eye on those curious humans. Otherwise they might destroy the planet.
I wish it wouldn't rain so much.
Cade, is a Hopeless Romantic.
The following day's schedule is less hectic.
Jerri had time to try out her device before class.
Didn't Shark fire you?
 Fortunately Jerri benefits from doing handing work. It helps with the academic meter.
Evening class. Her schedule conflicts with Shark's.
Did I get rid of that flirty trait yet?
Oh wow, Jerri and Cade have the same major.
Sarah asked Lolly to model for her.
"What? WTH?"
"It's you! You're dressed as a polar bear during a snow storm."
That would be a funny joke. I suspect a bug however.
Then again, Sarah does seem pleased with herself.
She has other things to do.
Like planning corporate takeovers.
Julie has the grumpy trait.
We will adjust that little problem.
Success!
Now if I could remember what I adjusted it to. I'm being on posting these pictures.
Jerri's first mind meld.
That's awesome. Their friends now. I like it. :-)
Not a bad day.I like their dorm-mates.
Hey, who are you ringing the doorbell so early in the morning?
Wait, she used to be a professor. Not anymore, and I feel like she is here for Norm.
Whatever. My sims are going to bed.
So she's here to interview Julie while Julie is wearing undergarments?
Ok.
While that's going on, I will go into edit mode and put in my new Secret Society building.
I did not have much choice for where to place it, but it's perfect for this higher elevation.
I'm not sure what use it's going to be. You wouldn't want a secret society being an open community lot, but having it set to no visitors also limits its functionality as a private party spot.
Julie has had enough of this past-midnight guest.
I laughed when you realized you forgot to use your invigorating elixir. I even looked at it in the first picture and was wondering why she didn't use it, lol.
I knew that aliens still went to Uni but I haven't seen one yet. For the first term my sim lived in a dorm and the second time he rented a house and collects rent from roommates. No aliens at either location.
Did you add the greenhouse to your town? Why didn't I think of doing that...
You're too clever for your own good, CK.
I'm also in love with your secret society building. It looks amazing!
I wonder if the special doors/gates that came with the new Theater would work in controlling who could enter your Secret Society building somehow -- I've been playing around with making a teen hangout using the door to keep out everyone but teens, but my building skills suck. :?
And are you going to upload your enclosed Science Project lot to the Exchange? I'd love to put that in my games. 8) I still need to modify your greenhouse to add in the UL herbs for my other towns -- not essential since I have a mod that sells them all at the local grocer's but would still be nice to have for my cheapskate Sims.

Fall is coming to a close and finals are just around the corner.
I'm still jealous of those exclusive scooters that a reward from buying from Origin.
I'm recoloring Jerri's scooter again.
It's not so bad.
Keith's Komics.
My Supernatural consignment store/ magic shop wasn't meant for University and I had University students hanging out there that probably should have been hanging out somewhere else.
Plus real estate properties are few and far between.
So I tweaked the Comic book store to add a supernatural section.
To be honest, I can't see buying my sims comics. I don't even have them bother with books other than skill books.
My sims will mainly come here to meet the nerds that hangout here or to go into that back room to use the Supernatural items.
Lolly can make the most use of it.
I wish the game had a dungeons and dragons board game. I could put it in here.
Norm, you dancing machine.
Lolly had a wish to shake the vending machine.
It's going to need more than a shake.
A second time and nothing.
She does have a death flower, but I think it's time to drop some coins.
It's always gooey nougat.
Any sim that want's to run the secret society is going to need summoning skills.
That's good enough for now.
Julie loves to dance.
A strange sim invited herself in and played juice pong with Cheri.
It's Friday night and I want to trying out the Secret Society lot.
It's officially called the Bilderchild Society.
And stop. :P
I never tested that gate for 8 sims. They could not route through that thing and they were starving. Silly me tried to delete it. All I did was delete the gate, but created a fence with no way to get out.
That was enough. I called it a night. I'll have to redesign the front entrance. :P
I've noticed silly routing issues when students try and get into the buildings, especially the Student Union building during lecture time. They all congregate by the door, and then they can't get in, and more come along and can't get in, because one person is stuck standing by the doors stopping everyone from walking through the doors. It's infuriating and the amount of times I've had to wait for the entire class time to actually get into the student union is ridiculous. I'm thinking of replacing the two single doors with a double door, see if that helps the routing issues.

Oh yeah, it's Saturday.
Party Time!
He updated for the patch, but he hasn't updated for University itself.
I plan to wait until the next versions of Story progression and Master Controller come out. I'll probably get some more building done while I wait.
*cries*
Huh?
You quoted Nraas' newest update and he used the word 'irregardless'. That makes my skin crawl, lol.
It's time to put away the backpack/rucksack, Cade.
It's going to be a masquerade ball.
Everyone is changing clothes.
Nope, not givin' up that backpack.
I should have gotten Shark more mixology skills.
This is my first time using that party remote object that changes all the light colors in the house. This thing is sweet!
Darn, I forgot to put away the piano. I put away all the computers.
Why so serious?
Nice mask, but I need to liven these sims up.
No need for Sarah though. She's only dancing with that guy because of his colorful mask.
Yeah, that piano has to go.
That's Jerri.
Piano's gone, dancing ensues.
Nice mask, Cade.
The piano player now wants to skinny dip.
Someone brought a salad.
She's been a wall flower, I'll have someone bring her a drink.
Jerri will do it.
Lolly's boyfriend, Eddy, arrives with Peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
So he's graduated already?
That's Lolly with the Salad.
Eddy is already checking her out.
What's your problem, bro?
it's been a while since Lolly has seen him.
I tried lavender to see if it had an energy affect. I didn't notice a moodlet.
Lolly can't turn her back for a second before someone is all up on her boyfriend.
A little source of drama.
Can't allow that, Lolly takes Eddy back.
It's about 11 or 12, the first party guest bails.
Great colors for Sarah.
Another happy reveler.
And no police to break up the party. It is a weekend though, but it is after midnight.
It's not a great party until someone is dancing on the counterparts.
The party is winding down, but Lolly and Eddy are winding up.
So are Shark and Jerri.
And now Sarah decides to make some drinks.
Not that anyone is going to actually drink them anyway.
Uh oh, I forgot about Ashley Corono. She was Sharks love interest before Jerri.
Jerri is pleased.
Ashley leaves.
Shark is embarrassed.
It's not a great party until someone leaves broken hearted.
"Hey, don't stop now. Keep going."
Counter tops were danced upon and hearts were broken. Well, one heart was broken.
"Eddy!"
It's like three in the morning and Sarah is piling on log after log.
Fairly decent party.
[Thinks back--have I used that before?]
I think I just use "regardless".
  :x
Oh gawd!
Yes I do!
Now I'm going to have to chant 'regardless to cram it into my subconscious. :P
Sort of forgot to put out the fire in the fireplace.
I assume those eternal fire logs overheat and ignites any material around them. :P
Gotta love the drama.
Lolly finishes up the job and puts it out for good.
Yeah, right.
We all saw you pass out.
Jerri's ex-love interest?
What are you doing here and where are you going?
Naughty little man.
Jerri...
I wish she had witch powers. I'd have her toadify him.
Shark has a wish to go out.
That's right, Cade.
All of you are going to squeeze in that tiny little car.
Bowling!
Lolly is very close to maxing out her Street Art skill. One more mural should do it.
This is one of her creations.
Shark and Jerri bowl a match.
Not so good there.
Strike!
Maybe she's had a little more practice than you.
He likes a challenge.
So much for style.
Strike!
Yeah, baby!
Polite applause.
Cade practices pool.
Sarah challenges another gamer.
Weren't you at the party? Still wearing that mask.
Julie is starving, but ignores the popcorn set out for her.
She goes to the bar downstairs.
Tough break.
Jerri does the same on the other side.
You'd better reel that in, Shark. You're asking for a beat-down.
Skill, mastered.
Blam!
Told you so.
Celebrate.
Darn, I should have the massage table at the house.
The loser could give the winner a massage.
Strike!!!
I think she jumped a little too high.
Well that was a nice outing.
I haven't been sending my sims out much.
Jerri has to get up early. I'll set a elixir there for her to use.
The next upgrade ought to be a fireproof fireplace.
LOL. I never noticed when you did it. Now I feel a little bad.
Irregardless isn't a word. Haven't you seen that episode of family guy where Stewie freaks out about it? :P
It will be if it's used often enough. :!: :?
Took two edits to get the quote right.
