      Southern Belle is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior design of it! It looks very nice how you have done the roofing! It looks great how you have used the cornices! Very nice type of and placement of the windows in the build! Very nice upper balcony for sims to enjoy sitting on the seat there enjoying looking out at the nice views. The green colour of the exterior looks nice. The front side patios look very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seats enjoying the sunshine. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The clothes shelves and shoes rack near the front door are nice homely touches. The plants either side of the front door and the yellow flowers on the table in the foyer area are very nice for sims to see when entering the home. Very nice living room! Nice comfortable sofas that you have placed there for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing there having a chat. It looks nice how you have placed the sofas facing each other. The flowers on the side table, the floral painting and the flower cart near the window are very nice for sims to enjoy seeing when sitting there. The fruit bowl looks great on the coffee table. Very nice dining room! The green of the curtain and the dining seats looks very nice with the wooden texture of the furnishings. The flowers on the dining create a nice look for the sims to see when dining. Very nice design of and furnishing of the kitchen! The island curved bar stool counter is very nice! Nice wall pattern that you have used for the kitchen walls. The hanging pots and pans, the fruit bowl and the mugs rack on the counter are great kitchen touches. Great outdoors areas for child sims to have fun playing on the monkey bars, and for all sims to enjoy eating at the umbrella covered table meals that they have cooked on the BBQ. They will enjoy eating outdoors in the outside air. It looks very nice how you have used the hedge fencing around the edges of the build and used the hedge gate. The flower boxes on the windows look very nice. Nice upper back patio area for sims to enjoy sitting under the umbrella at the table there. Very nice master bedroom! Nice type of bed that you have used there, and it looks nice how you have curtained windows each side of the bed. Sims will enjoy looking out through the bedroom windows at what is happening outdoors. The clock is a nice touch on the bedhead wall. The red floor rug looks very nice with the other colours you have used in the room. Very nice master bathroom! Nice colours and patterns that you have used for the walls and the sink. The other double bedroom is very nice too! It looks very nice how you have placed the red drapes over the bedhead on the wall. Very nice window alcove sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting on the seats there with the sunshine coming in through the windows.
      It is a very nice home :)

      Southern Belle is a very beautiful traditional home, I love the outside patio areas, and the beautiful exterior in general, and the interior is wonderful as well with a warm and homely charm :)

      I've only ever really flown over or driven through the south but something tells me that this is Southern Elegance all the way! Nice work! The decor inside is well done too!

I had forgotten to make a new topic for the sims 4 and placed my new home in my Sims 3 topic. :o Now I have opened this topic for the Sims 4 and will only use my other topic for my Sims 3 houses (which I still adore ;) )

      Mexican Casa is a very nice home! :) The curved roofing looks great! Very nice curved front patio area. It looks nice how you have placed the plants on the edges of the patio, and have the nice flowers on the corner . Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating outdoors in the air at the picnic table there. It looks very nice how you have done the fencing around the edges of the property using the hedge fencing and stone wall fencing together . The way you have created the curved roof decor on the front exterior is nice! The flower box windows look very nice. Very nice texture of both the exterior and interior walls of the home. Nice water fountain feature. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. Nice corner eating nook area for sims to enjoy dining at the table with the nice red flower box nearby for them to see. Great kitchen area. The fruit bowl on the counter is a nice kitchen touch. The plates and bowls cabinets on the kitchen wall looks homely. Very nice upper master bedroom. Nice blue colour of the bed and the floor rug under the bed looks very nice with the colour of the bed. The shoes rack there looks great. Great study desk area for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer, with the nice green touches of the plants in the corners either side of the study desk.
      It is a great home! :)

      Each of your 4 new homes are very nice! :) The exteriors of each of them are very nice! The roofing on each of them looks very nice! Very nice outdoors areas in your Tempest build! It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers on the edges of the water fountain feature! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating their meal outdoors at the table ejoying the very nice sight of the flowers and the water feature! It looks very nice how you have placed the plants on the upper exterior levels of the build. Very nice furnishing of the living room. The red and black colour of the furnishings looks nice with the texture that you have used for the walls. Nice window study desk area for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using a computer or read book from the bookcase. It looks nice how you have placed the seating there for sims to enjoy sitting chatting in front of the fire. Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchen in your Family Residence build! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets there and the wall pattern looks nice. The curved island counter looks great! The condiments and hanging pots are nice kitchen touches. Very nice family living room in the home. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there in front of the fireplace. The enlarged yellow flowers picture is very nice and sunny for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting there. The slanted roofing on your Casa Grande and Casa de Andaluz homes looks very nice! The curved patios are great! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets and bookcases in the living room of Cassee de Andaluz. Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchens in all of the homes! Your furnishing of each of the homes looks very nice!

      Like Yanti said, you sure have been busy! Great builds. I think Casa de Andaluz is my favorite - it's got a great southwestern flair.
