Eh. I think it's kind of useless, at least in my gameplay. It had so much potential. Possibly good for general storyline or challenge ideas, though. I don't plan on using it more than the experimenting I recently did.
Probably not super unique, but I love intertwining all sims' stories. I don't like how the lore in TS4 doesn't have many implications on gameplay, so not only do I make it more complex/detailed, I also make it more noticeable. One of my favorite stories to combine is the Villareal and Munch families, but honestly, most of…
Nope. I have a few trans sims, and I can't change their gender to let them use the correct bathroom without using cas.fulleditmode (and that's just tedious, since it changes other things). I also just don't like having to put walls up to make sure my sim can actually go in there. I always just put unisex bathrooms…
I love how they did the vampires in TS4, especially since I wasn't fond of vampires in the older games. Werewolves have always been my favorite occult to play, and if they can do it just as well as they did vampires, it'd be awesome. Especially adding pack options (since making a werewolf pack would be fun) and things like…
While I love Bridgeport and San Myshuno, I mostly play TS4, and I almost always play in Windenburg. The Windenburg townies are my favorites, though, so that may be why. (especially the Villareal and Munch households).
At the moment I don't think I'd buy TS5, although that may change if they pull through and make it good. If they do absurd prices like with TS4 without any backing behind the price, definitely not. Paralives seems like it has potential. I'm planning on waiting until reviews come out and for more information, though.
I doubt it, unfortunately. A lot of younger audiences like this song, even if it's a bit more mature. In fact, they may be trying to attract newer generations by using more current music.
It would be awesome if we got another one. It'd be cool if it made story mode optional. I love the story mode, of course, but I prefer more control while playing, and it'd be awesome in a medieval-style game.
Hello! I play the sims mostly because I can make stories out of it, but I also love the occasional chaos that sometimes happens (like my child sim starting a fire, only for a random celebrity to run into the house to put it out before they die in the fire...) I also work on writing my own book in my free time along with…
I definitely agree with both above opinions. Another that came to my mind was the holiday and calendar features that came with Seasons. I love being able to schedule events and make holidays, and just generally see the weather that's coming up. It's also nice to be able to see birthdays and my sims' work schedules.
So Winterfest finally came up in my game. In this save, I switch between two households. One household has one of my sims and her husband. She invites over her niece, two nephews, sister, and sister-in-law for a winterfest celebration type thing. It goes about as well as any sims parties do. But then, my sim's niece…
I'm only on 2nd currently, but those kids are almost adults and can keep it going. I play on a long lifespan and often take long breaks from the sims, so it takes a while, haha.
I don't like create a style or the color wheel, so I'm glad it's not in the game. Too many options stress me out and makes it not fun for me, as odd as that sounds.
I agree, it's quite annoying especially with aspirations. My sim is best friends with her sister, but in order to get her soulmate aspiration completed, she needs to break that and be best friends with her wife. Multiple best friends would be a good addition.
A few things at the top of my head... Enable NPCs to ask your sims out (as a notification that you could do a kind of "yes" "no" "maybe" answer to). Better jealousy and cheating reactions/consequences. Very lackluster currently. More date options, even if it's a rabbit hole. going to the movies, amusement parks, arcades,…
I use it occasionally. I'd use the clothing options one more if the clothing didn't look weird on different frames. It's also disappointing to me that you can't change the gender of a sim without changing their body/features. If I have a sim that starts out as one gender, I can't change the gender later on without changing…
