When I'm designing a sim for the sake of designing I unlock everything. I don't play those sims, I just like making them. If I want one of my played households to have those items, then they have to work for it.

You could use MCCC to blacklist the shoes in their "nude" outfits. I'm not sure how to do it off the top of my head, but it is possible. You would have to do it for each individual sim however, unless I am mistaken.

I think I was able to find the jewelry set, however I didn't test the sfs links because they're behind adwalls, like adfly. And it looks like the patreon page is locked unless you're a supporter.
