I searched too and it seems most of them are either using the same slot with hat or glasses. I can't use the glasses slot since I'm using another mod for 3D eyelashes.

Well, you can try this. Add a few club that use the generic lot as gathering spot or attend the event which held in the specific generic lot. It might trigger the crowd boost.

I thought I'm the only one who think Sims 3 fanatics are getting a little too annoying to deal with. Then, to OP, are you sure? In my game, I always have problem with crowd. Even if it is a generic lot, I always seem to have people coming especially the clubbers.

I personally dislike makeup even though I'm a female. But I know about them and I think the current set of makeup feels like an amateur makeup. They need to add professional looking makeup and perhaps along with the makeup artist career.

I agree with this. Neutral looking decoration, tools, fashion and objects should be the best bet if people wants cultural essence to be added in game.
