Petalbot, I am already a fangurl of your builds, but the Japanese house is glorious! I am squeeing as I download it.
My current sim just purchased the dumpy old dive bar in town and added a touch of VIP for back room blackjack gambling. Took a while but her returns on this has been quite nice. Her frugal husband was upset for the purchase, but now he is so happy!
Smoky backroom, VIP pass only.
My sim is not doing well at the table.

WOW! That house looks amazing! It doesn't even look like a sims game house. A shame it's filled with CC I wish the store had items like that.
Well here is my rich sims. Hannah is a level 9 singer and a 4 star celeb. As you can imgaine she brings in a lot of money. My sim Jeff is a celeb because he's married to her.
They were already rich but when they started gambling they become even richer. Both have hit the jackpot several times.

Welcome to forums! If you go to where it says The Store on the bar at the top of this page; then into "my account", re-type your password, (on the left side)click on purchase history.
This will bring up everything you have purchased on your account for you to download.
Regarding the Collectionne Stäncké set - what is the Hands>Sands supposed to be. I own this set for a while now, and have used parts of it, but have not used this item as it looks to me like a kind of clock - but it is not in electronics - like clocks are - it's in windows in build mode. So I sort of look at it as an glitched item and avoid using it period - but is it supposed to be a clock? And if it is - why is it located in my build mde Windows Catalogue?
I am afraid to try using it if it is coded to be in Windows - then what else is wrong with it? But if it is a window - well it just doesn't look like a window - so I am not trying it period. It will continue to sit unused.
