Yes, but only very minor renovation because it's a small home that is in good condition. When I first moved in a few years ago, my dad did some minor repairs to the roof and recently helped me paint a couple of rooms. Other than that I've bought a few pieces of furniture and some small appliances.

No, I haven't. My oldest brother knows how, and he let me watch him assemble one once. It looks really complex, mainly because there isn't any room for error. I would be worried about making a mistake and ruining the parts, which are obviously expensive.
