A very late brunch (past 1 pm) of good coffee with grassfed milk, and French crepes filled with local goatmilk ricotta. Preparing excellent food and then getting to enjoy it on my own schedule is one of life's pleasures that I don't take for granted. Sometimes I get tired of always having to cook my own food due to allergies, but meals like this greatly console me that it's a blessing, rather than a curse.
