602 Sebring Way looks beautiful @gmcrozier thank you for using one of my shells. Cant wait to look around it in my game, I did download and add it to the maxis fave forum.
Evergreen Living is a very lovely makeover of the shell! @icanhassims The swimming pool with plants and rocks on edges is very nice! Very nice outdoors dining and bbq area for enjoying eating in the air, Very beautiful, restful and natural green interior colour! Very lovely eco themed furnishings! The new pack items look very nice how you have used them in the rooms! The plants throughout the home are very nice nature touches, and calming for Sims to look at whilst in the rooms. Very lovely glasshouse dining room! The plants, flowers, vertical gardens ,plants on shelving and flowerbox planter are very nice! It is a very beautiful setting for dining! Very nice crafting room, with wood work, flower arrangement, candle making and recycling machine areas
It is a lovely home
Wow that was fast @icanhassims and you did a beautiful home from the shell, not surprised really on both counts Lol
I must get cracking with some reviews as I so want to play the new pack Lol, I did late last night before going to bed, I had to stop playing my builder sim
Hello @gmcrozier I am outside '602 Sebring Way' with my builder sim and I am looking at how beautiful it looks on the outside with the monotone modern theme, the landscaping suits it perfectly and I love how you used a tall indoor lamp made tiny around the garden, I am going to have to steal that idea from you if that's ok. Inside now I see my favorite dining table from Fitness Stuff and the desk chairs suit it so well. To the left the seating with the created Fireplace is gorgeous and also the TV with decor under it looks so perfect and its all in a monotone theme, I love it when the interior matches the exterior colour scheme. I just sent my sim to bake a Chocolate cake for me in that wonderful kitchen with the fridges surrounded by wall units, such a modern way to make them look so nice and it looks like out of a kitchen magazine! Its so nice when washing the dishes you can look out into the rear garden.
Behind the dining table are the doors to the bedrooms and bathroom, the 1st one on the right the bed has a lovely bed headboard/surround with black to match the bed and colourful paintings above that match the accent colour of wall covering. Next door is the bathroom with a corner bath and a shower and the navy blue tiling ties in well with the white wall cover and black counter section for the sinks, mirrors and toiletries. I like all the bathroom clutter and great use of the Cats and Dogs cotton balls in containers.
The other bedroom has another beautiful headboard and opposite the bed is a long and low unit with a TV, books and a Mini Jukebox, I love the jukebox its so cute! and you can still turn it on, wonderful idea. That area also has 2 seats built in and a wardrobe, it all looks very smart and modern. The room next door appears to be a sort of study with gym equipment and an artists painting area by the windows for a great view and plenty of light. There is a very nice modern desk area covering the right wall as you enter and the computer area has an inventive and attractive surround.
Now going outside past a wall of lovely planters with flowers and then there are loungers facing the long raised swimming pool that has a low waterfall feature, I love how its low down in the water it looks very nice that way, another idea I might use myself sometime! Then we step down into a BBQ area with a Bar and brolly table, next up steps to a Hot Tub with pretty candle's on its edges and all around are wonderful displays of flowering plants making a great colourful accent to the darker tones of the Tub and pool. Walking past the pool we come to another part of the garden that has a chess set and bird feeder, the circular stepping stones are a wonderful addition here leading to the waste bin and gate to the front. Such a wonderful version of my shell thank you for creating it and sharing it here.
Now for my Feedback with some ideas and Tips of mine, I hope useful and if you use them its totally up to you of course. First I would like to say its a stunning home with such a beautiful modern feel throughout and the garden is amazing the area I find most difficult myself.
I have taken a few Screenshots I will add to show what I am trying to explain. 1st the wall behind the dining table drops to the floor if playing with walls cut away like most of us play, so if you use Tall Half wall there it stays the screen that was intended and you can admire the artwork both sides, I added screenshots to show you.

My Half Wall Up and Down
The Kitchen area I would have added at least a microwave and possibly a coffee machine for sims to use as it only has a stove. I love the look of the fridges inside all those units but when playing with walls Cut Away its unattractive from the outside patio and personally if you are going to do something like that I would have built it on the Left side of the kitchen, that outside wall would be better for that I feel. Screenshots below.

My Sim could not bake my Cake because the Stove was Moo'd onto a Counter so I had to move it to get my chocolate cake
The study desk with the bedroom on the other side looks like everything is floating if playing with Cut Away walls as many of us play. The areas both sides look beautiful with walls up but most cant play that way so maybe they would look better on the outer walls that do not drop, just an idea for you for future builds.
Desk in Study Walls Up
@luckyheather thank you for your wonderful comments and suggestions. I had never considered how my builds played with the walls down. I play and build with the walls up. As far as the stove is concerned, I usually move the stove back, but I tried putting a counter there to fill the gap. I know now that that won't work. Thank you again, for taking the time to download and critique my build.
Hi @gmcrozier I am happy my feedback is of use to you for future builds I gather you may have got some inspiration from You Tube video's for the desk for example, I have watched some and if I remember correctly they always build on an outer wall that stays up while playing, so I think that is the best way to use some moo built creations. Plus I think having a sim on the Lot with some skills is the best way to test things before uploading, plus they can make sure lights are turned white or a colour thats great for clubbing The other thing I use my builder for is changing the Season and the Weather using the Weather Machine that is fully upgraded by my sim as I like it to be sunny summer so my builds look bright and colourful in the screenshots.
I only found out about the stove because I wanted to test a fridge! and when she could not bake I pulled the oven out, then took out the counter, I found that stove fit perfect with no gaps that I noticed, but I was pleased she could then make my chocolate cake as its my Birthday on the 20th and I always have some kind of chocolate cake I hope you will join in the new challenge as its on the 1st page and its for my Birthday.
Thanks for getting back to me
Very lovely makeover of the shell! @JosieAnglin Go Green, Stay Green is a lovely eco living, natural themed home! The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice bathroom! The greenery lattice beside the tub, and the nearby candles are calming for sims to look at whilst bathing. They will enjoy having a drink whilst in the tub. Very nice greenhouse! Sims will enjoy growing plants in the hydroponics gardens and vertical gardens, as well as doing flower arranging and pumpkin carving. It is great a bees hive and insect farm is there. Very nice furnishing and layout of each room and area! Very nice fizzy drinks maker area.
Your house looks wonderful @JosieAnglin I am sorry to be quiet here at the moment, my back has been so painful a few days and taking a lot of painkillers makes my brain fuzzy and slow. We are having a heatwave here in the UK so that does not help, I am not sleeping much its too hot even at night. I hope to do the reviews soon, sorry for keeping you waiting.
I am Sorry everybody but I have decided to Close the Challenges as my life is too complicated at the moment and doing the reviews and feedback etc take me a long time. So I thought I had better stop the challenges before I get more people entering. I hope those that joined in had some fun. I might do new challenges when my life improves as I will be moving house on my own due to my 24 year old marriage breaking up, I will continue to play and create to keep my mind busy, plus I enjoy looking at the gallery and chatting to you my simming friends. Thank you for all your Entries, Please Stay Safe and Well my friends.
Thank you for all the beautiful shells you have created for us! I'd personally be happy to just have you upload shells for us with no feedback or descriptive reviews needed. We can all just admire each other's creations.
I might just do that @icanhassims as I do enjoy seeing what others create with my shells. Also feel free to use any on them at any time and thanks for entering my challenges. I might start them up again at a later date when I am in my own place and settled in as I am no where near that stage at this time. I am happy to hear you enjoy them, thanks again.
