Did you know that if you put easels in the dorm other sims will paint on them and when your sim sells it they get the money. And if you go to all the buildings you can, then you can add whatever you want. I added easels, exercise bot, radio, double bed in one room etc. The double will assign someone to sleep with your sim but they won't sleep together. When my sim goes to bed the other leaves it. You can assign it only to yours. There's a lot you can do, just do it BEFORE your sim moves into a university. So change the building inside, than have your sim enroll.

So i quickly converted the idea into a business
Bought several easels and had her painter group come by 😆
This all sounds so amazing! I was wondering if I should wait to get the pack or get it soon. I literally just finished my graduate degree on Monday and I didn't know if I was ready to jump into "university" again. Ha! After reading all of this and looking at photos, I think I might have to after all!
I don't know if it was mentioned so sorry if it's a repeat but some sims get really nervous before final exam, my roomie turned played sim Mickey (Mckayla) got so nervous she got a nervous stomach moodlet and ran up to throw up. Maybe next time I'll actually get a picture.

0-101 Well, unfortunately, it’s too early to say. Stay on top of your homework, and I'll see you in class.

35-101 It's still early, but you've already shown that you can get ahead. Keep it up with the homework, attendance, and studying!
15-35 You’re doing fine! Stay on top of your homework, and I'll see you in class.
0-15 I honestly would have hoped for a bit more progress from you at this point, but you still have plenty of time to turn it around. Come to lectures with completed homework, and maybe spend a bit more time studying.
Day 3
55-101 You are doing exceptionally well, considering that we've still got a few days left in the term. Keep it up and you'll get top marks.
35-55 You’re doing fine! Stay on top of your homework, and I'll see you in class.
15-35 I'd say that you've fallen a bit behind the class average, but it's nothing a bit of studying, attendance, and attention to homework can't solve.
0-15 I'm worried that you haven't been putting the time or care into this class that it requires. You really need to buckle down if you want a good grade.
Day 4
75-101 You are doing quite well! Finish up whatever work you may have left this term and I'm sure your grade will reflect the hard work you've put in.
55-75 You’re doing fine! Stay on top of your homework, and I'll see you in class.
35-55 You're tracking a bit below average right now, and there isn't all that much time left. Finish strong and you should have nothing to worry about.
0-35 I'm worried. You should have a better grasp of the material by now and your work has been lacking. If you want to pass this class, you need to set aside some time for studying these last few days of the term.
Day 5
95-101 You're a stellar student and have one of the highest grades in my class! I wish more of my students were as committed as you were to mastering the material.
75-95 You put in a solid term and have earned a solid grade. Any additional academic work you've still got to do will help, but your grade is certainly satisfactory.
60-75 You have a passing grade, so if that's all you need, you're good to go. If you have any remaining work or time to commit to the class, though, there is indeed room for improvement.
45-60 Your grades are on the cusp of failure, so I'd encourage you to take whatever time and work you have left in this course and focus your efforts if you want to pass this class.
0-45 There's not much of this course left and I think you have a very good chance of failing it. I'm not sure what else to tell you at this point, other than to try to do more work earlier next time.
You need 60 points to pass and 93 points to get a degree with honors.

Even if you ask a teacher to change your grade and they reluctantly do so, your relationship will still suffer in decreasing. Not to mention a tense moodlet from your sim wondering if anyone else knows or overheard.

Did you know that you can add NPCs as roommates and they won't lose their jobs? I can't wait to see if this works with Santa, the Easter bunny and Grim...
*Correction: Some NPCs won't lose their jobs. Tried it with the pizza guy. Asked his career, he still says he delivers pizza, but it doesn't appear above his head. Now I'm thinking it was a glitch because the mail lady behaves oddly.
At least I have the mail carrier. She even delivered my mail the next day.

if you have gtw and your sim gets sick, they'll be able to take a sick day off. for whatever reason i thought this would never be an option but whew :#
Want to buy your sims a overpriced textbook, but don't want to go to one of the campus's to do so? Well, you don't have to as you can just order a book from the comforts of your sims home without having to leave. You can also purchase homework as well and if you happen to be in the teacher career you can purchase a padfolio.
@LadyKyn So glad you posted this. Helped me realize that I was missing those two options due to a mod problem. And I was just about to send my sim all the way to Uni just to purchase books. Also, my teacher lost her gradebook and I thought there was no way to buy a new one.
@IceyJ No problem. Was kinda fiddling around seeing if it was a thing since one sim of mine graduated but was living on campus and the one i play now is living at home going.
-On another note, if your sim is suspended they'll have to wait 5 days to enroll back into University.
-You can call your professors from your phone which will give you a progress report on all three classes than individually on the computer.
-You can still do your school cheer even after you graduate.

You can't take a vacation on your phone if you live in a dorm and I'm talking about to the destination worlds Granite Falls and Selvadarado.
