MOD Sushi Bar is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the restaurant! The layout looks very nice! Very nice bamboo plants nook! The balcony fencing around upper front and side of the exterior looks nice. The planter boxes look nice along the edges of the windows. The aquariums wall looks great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the restaurant! It looks very nice how the tables and chairs are placed in the venue. The blossoms are pretty touches on the tables. Sims will enjoy dining at the tables wuth sunshine coming in through the windows. The wall nook area with the new drinks display shelf, candles wall and round signage looks great! Very nice raised nook seating area. The indoors tree gives such a nice look to the venue!

@Nhicks what a retro feeling burger joint, it looks fantastic and I adore your efficient room plan. And the colors are great too, very 50ies pastel. Did you create your waitstaff? The colored fringe of the female cook is so fitting the color scheme.
The Burger Joint and the Sushi bar looks wonderful! Great job with the design and decor! Already added the Burger Joint to my favourite. Will be adding the Sushi bar too. Somehow missed that in the gallery. Have to look it up.

Very nice furnishing of the interior of the build! The chequered flooring adds a nice look to the build. It looks nice how the tables and chairs are set up there beside the windows. Sims will enjoy sunshine coming in through the windows whilst dining. The L shaped bar stool counter looks great. The condiments are nice touches on the tables and counters. The white brick wall tiling looks nice. Sims will enjoy watching tv or listening to music from the juke box whilst dining there. The kitchen utensils wall shelves, fruit bowl, mugs rack, food wall picture and cake display item are great food item touches in the build.

I noticed the M.O.D. Sushi Bar yesterday and it turned out just fabulous! I love asian stuff
so this went into my game right away Stunning work, and impressive too judging from the size.

To me it helps to look a little more realistic. Also, I wan cars but I don't think the powers that be have seen my hint LOL. I started with the drive through and parking lot everything else I just made fit LOL.
