Yeah don;t be like some of us who bought it full price only to have your compy not read the second disk and have to download the whole game. Ended up tossing the CDs because they would not work.
Hopefully the code has not been used because if it has then you won't be able to play it since even physical copies end up making you register and play through Origin and not the disk.

Yes, they have a buyers protection guarantee. I sell on e-bay and if I misrepresent the item I get charged for it, but you have to send it back to the person who sent it, but I always am told I have to pay them the money to ship it back!

maybe he works for EA?
edit: hes also selling them really cheap but they jump up to 50 real fast
