My newest builds are up and looks like one is a hit. I hope more enjoy the homes I build. I guess being a construction worker helps a little. Most of my builds come from the heart, meaning if it feels right in my heart then I know it is. I do tend to make blueprints and lay things out sometimes. Also feel free to add me as a friend. I enjoy hearing from others about what they are looking for and what they would like to see. My next project will be taking me onto a house boat..this will be a challenge for me as what I have in mind to build might be impossible to do on the game.
I wanted to try the challenge of making a tiny house using base game items only. This house is based on a micro apartment floor plan that I was able to match almost exactly except for a shelf over the sink.
I'm new to building lots with uploading to the Exchange in mind instead of creating quirky houses unique to the needs of my Sims.
10x10 lot - Base Game items only. No CC.
Small, modern 2 story house. Upper mezzanine 1 bdrm, 1 bath. Play-tested. Upgrades: Stove=fireproof, sinks, shower, toilet, tv=unbreakable, microwave=faster cooking.

From the third floor party room, to the above ground glass pool that wraps around the house, if your Sim can't find what they are looking for here, you either already have it, or it hasn't been made yet. This property even comes with a 9 car, 5 boat 2 story garage with a hidden game room in the basement, and a third floor 1 bed 1 bath apartment.

All those house boats look very sleek! Well while everyone else is busy with IP, I'm still back in MV here are my latest uploads, I've not uploaded anything for a while
Hugo Dufort is an independent writer. He likes his daily routine: getting up early in the morning and, still in his pijamas, he read the news while having breakfast.
After that, he uses to take his morning shower, change and go get his mail. If he can follow this small routine, this means to him, his day started well.
Then he goes to his office, where he can spend hours working on his books...
But if it doesn't, then he knows he is in trouble... and he needs a more radical change.
He then uses to go to a town he chooses ramdonly, where he stays a couple of days. If he gets inspired, he rents a house, where he stays until he finishes his book.
Walking in one of these towns, he saw a deserted house and became determined to take up residence there. However, he finds out the house is said to be haunted, a fact that only increased his fascination... and here is where our story begins!

As I had already said, my next build was gonna be a Houseboat which I have never done before. My dream was to do a Pirate ship called "The Revenge" which would have gone great with my two ladys I have made and play. Anne Bonney and Mary Read. I was so hoping when they made the Island Expansion that we could have pirate stuff in it. Guess dreams get crushed on the sims too. So instead I made a houseboat that is simple yet very nice.

I just noticed that I forgot to update my images after making a name change to the home. It's not a huge important thing, but just letting you know that the images are indeed correct. It's just the name that's changed.
A beautiful starter home featuring upgraded appliances, and a fully landscaped lot. The entire house is decorated with custom art (photographs), and there are fireflies that come out at night. At only $16,415 on a standard 30x20 lot, this home is suitable for a single sim, or couple, making that first purchase.

The Versus + Two This house was made in the essence of a reality show opposing 2 teams or where 8 sims would have to learn to live with each other, Although this isn't really a place for families, it is recommended that you engage in stable (or unstable) romantic relationships. Six double beds (4 in a shared open large room + 2 independent master bedrooms), 5 showers and 1 bath, 6 wc, 2 kitchens and 2 dinning rooms, 2 living rooms, exercice machines, with lots of place to sit outside, a big pool and more.
Hello everyone I have a new art gallery to share. No CC or store items! In addition to the art on display there is a cafeteria and an area for Sims who want to learn painting, sculpting, writing etc. There is also a play area for the little ones
I tried to get as close a likeness as possible without cc! I googled some images for clothes worn in the show and remembered the gym clothes he wore when undercover at one of his and Sam's old high schools in an episode.
Shadow Mann and his best pal Justice. Shadow is a heroic firefighter in Lucky Palms and his best friend since he was a teen came with him. His best friend is his dog, Justice. They both have skills started. Shadow is making headway in his career and Justice is becoming a skilled hunter. By scorpiophoenix. Shadow has an award, a truck, and a laptop all in his inventory as well.

I like to experiment with homes too. I've made one that's just a tower. And giant Ranch style home, with a home cinema. My Bachelor pad has 100 downloads, so I can't be that bad at building :P I'm still learning and I will improve!
Also, I can't upload Sims for some reason Hopefully that will be sorted one day.
If you do download something, please recommend! I need all the help I can get. Thanks guys xx
The Sommers-Hill family always planned to have 2 children but after there third was born they were surprised with twins. Melinda Hill is a stay at home mom/witch and her partner Jamie Sommers is a top level childcare worker. There teen twins Lilac Rose and Tabitha Hill are both good with logic and dance. Sebastian Hill is the toddler of the family and is potty trained, can walk and talk and excells with the wood blocks. The families latest addition are twins, one girl and one boy, Bobbi & Billy.
The live in a 3 story house with the bottom level equipped for Jamie's daycare. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with on of the bedrooms currently set up as a dance studio. The dance studio may have to go once the two new babies start growing up! There is also an adorable playhouse out the back that could be extended to make and extra room for the older kids.
