Your casino looks great! :)It looks very classy and bright and fun to visit for entertainment and food/drinking! Great way you have done the plants and trees and water features out the the front of the casino! It a great outdoors entrance and exterior design of the casino to be seen before Sims even go into the building! The family restaurant looks good with great choice of seats and tables you have used. Great to have a cute kid's play are to keep the little ones happy. Right hroughout he build, the furniture you have used suits the build well. Great setting up of the gambling rooms/areas with fun forms of entertainment, and the lighting effects of the downstairs area is good. Great furnishing of the bar area, it looks a classy place to have a drink. Sims would enjoy dancing in the disco room and listening/singing to the music, the disco ball and wall lights look good. Great outdoor seating area, the way you have done the plants and the tables/seats there look great. The Rave basement looks great! The floor and wall patterns look good , great tv watching/sitting area nook , great bright disco corner, the poolside bar is so good for a drink and to enjoy a swim, and just a fun place for Sims to spend time at the Rave! Great use of plants throughout all the areas of the casino, both indoors and outside. The casino is a fun, bright, place for our Sims to visit and enjoy the entertainment and eating/drinking facilities it provides!
I have just finished off a Supernatural starter home, and came in just under budget of $16,500. I have moved my sim into it and it's nice for a single sim or couple
When I uploaded the lot I left the 3rd level room empty for whatever your sims wants, like exercise, alchemy etc.
It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom starter with a lougeroom, kitchen/dining.
It's on a 20x15 lot and comes with a carport and small fenced patch for vegetable garden. CC Free.
Your starter home looks great. The wall pattern and brown colour scheme looks good. The windows you have used in the living room entryway looks great. Nice pattern that you used on the bed, and the recoloured lights on the bedside table look good there. A great starter home!

Well I am finished and am VERY happy with the results! It's themed with patterns and mainly one color through out, but I think I pulled it off well
