Annabeth, my sim, was cursed while on vacation in Egypt by a mummy. I canceled the moodlet when they got home. Is she still cursed or will she be okay?

The second that moodlet disappears regardless of how, your Sim is safe, they won't die after 2 weeks would've passed.

...Even if the moodlet disappears whilst standing on a random sidewalk in public.

Your sims going to be fine, the curse is gone.
