Simply Living Challenge

I was thinking of new ways to play Sims 3 and thought of playing a legacy family following the traditional legacy challenge rules but only earning simoleons from the land, gathering, tips and self-employed careers. I thought it would be considered "simple living".

You would only be able to earn simoleons from:
Gathering rocks, seeds, insects, and gems
Fishing
Playing instruments for tips
Gardening
Writing books
Painting
Inventor-Using the workbench
Diving
Adventuring in tombs...selling the relics you find
Nectar-Making
Equestrian-Racing horses, training and selling horses
Alchemist-Making and selling potions
Dumpster Diving
Photographer-Selling photos you take

Maybe this has been thought of already but I figured I would share in case someone may want to play this way like I do.
