    Is there a way to turn this effect off?

      I would start by checking which settings you have for in game graphics, especially those relating to Sims (since your trees etc look good). If everything checks out there, I would check to see if there are driver updates for your graphics card, because I have a NVIDIA GTX card too and I’m not seeing that issue at all.

      OH WOW! NEixbRb.jpg If anyone has this look and they don't enjoy it either. Untick Post Processing Effects in options :)
