Babysitters can't put toddlers to bed anymore

When a toddler asks for food on the high chair, or asks for help to go potty, they can chose which sim they want to ask, the babysitter being on of them. Correct me if I am wrong, but it used to be the same with bedtime stories. Recently though, my toddler can only ask his parents to put him to bed. And if I look directly in the "help" section when interracting with the baby sitter, there are only food, drink, potty options, but not sleep/bedtime story. Is anyone else having this issue?
