Not Going Jogging

My sim was eating at a food stall outside of her building when I clicked on her and selected 'go jogging'. She then made her way back up to her apartment where the action disappeared. I clicked it again and she changed into her workout clothes



Then she immediately got changed back into her everyday clothes?



Is anyone else having this problem?

Try coming completely out of the game. Then go back in again and test to see if the go jogging interaction then works.

Yep, I'm having this issue too. The very first time it happened, my sim jogged for like 3 seconds and then returned to her apartment. Then, I had to try the interaction over and over again to actually get her to jog. When she finally did, her jogging was extremely slow and not the usual.. It was so weird. Now any time I want her to jog, I go through her changing into her outfit yet not going a few times before the interaction will actually work.

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issue is still there

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issue is still there

I have a 100% vanilla game. It's most likely something to be fixed in a patch I'd imagine.

It worked when I exited the game and went back in Thanks @rosemow
I've just noticed that the jogging is really weird so I clicked me too on the thread

It is good that the jogging worked when you went back into the game
I am sorry that the jogging itself is odd in your game.

Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or " options " file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder
