Trying to Clean My Saved Game with Kuree's program...HELP PLEASE!!

I am running Win 10 and wanted to clean one of the saves I've played for a while to see if it would run more smoothly. I downloaded Kuree's save cleaner V1.1 and need some help. I've included a screenshot of what went wrong as well as the text that was included in the 'error' I was given.

Hi there. This is a common mistake. You have to extract the entire folder that contains the executable and its supporting files into a "regular" folder. It looks like the exe and all of the others are still inside of a zip, rar, or 7z package; right-click on the downloaded file to find the command to decompress it. Program executables cannot function properly while they are still compressed (zipped, etc.).

Sorry Im of no help on this one. I can't get save cleaner to work on my computer.

Its being picky for me too. I did exactly as igazor said and nothing happened.. oh well I'll just do it the old fashioned way...move my family to a new town and start them from there. Seems to work for a temp fix (esp since they are a large family.)

Thats what I have to do too. Move to a new town. I get the cleaner installed but it won't grab the saves that need to be cleaned
