Espresso Bar

Have I understod it right that if I place an espresso bar in a non coffe-shop the only way I will have a barista tending to it is if I hire a caterer? I cant have a barista in a park right? How about bars? Does it have to be labeled a bar for a bartender to appear?

If you place the espresso bar in any lot other than a cafe, the barista won't spawn automatically. However, you can click on the bar and hire a npc barista. Putting the espresso bar in a park will work.
