Here is my sim, pregnant with her second child:
Her oldest playing in the closet:
After the new baby, mom is feeling a bit groggy at Sunday morning breakfast.
Big sister decides to invite some friends over but keeps them in the basement rec room to give mom and the new baby some quiet time. They got to take over dad's flat screen tv which was fun.
A few days later mom is feeling more like herself, and invites some friends over for a garden tea party.
After the ladies leave, dad takes advantage of a sleeping baby and enjoys a quiet moment with his wife.
Mom spends some one on one time with her oldest daughter, to help smooth along the new sibling thing.

My red-headed family, there are seven descendants, and all of them are red-headed, even if all the husband/wife have another hair color.
My overwhelmed dad, I wanted him to be a single father, so I made him try for babies with several Sims. It worked well, perhaps a bit too well, three babies at once is a challenge ! (A set of twins + another children) I saw one of the mother was pregnant but the other one was a surprise !
His mum is coming to help :
A dead customer and being fired in the same day, it wasn't a good one
His wife has faith in him and try to cheer him up :
This is the Romero family, one of the households I play at the moment. I really have warmed up for them.

Chris and Carissa (they're both gone now)
Chris' son Liam from his first marriage and his wife Candy Behr (from GT)
Chris and Carissa's daughter Chyler and her husband Brett
Liam and Candy have two children, Taryn and Cade
And Chyler and Brett have 2 as well, Aspen and Leighton.
These two had coffee together every morning. They're the only sims to ever do that.

This is my oldest sim Yumi and her husband Cosmo. I made her by an accident (who knew randomizing sims in CAS could do something good?) They met at the hospital where they both worked. After going on a couple of dates, Yumi got pregnant, and she moved into the house he shared with his sister
Together they had two kids Elizabeth and Noah Honda. Both kids look like their parents (though I think Elizabeth looks a lot like Yumi, while Noah is more of a mix of his parents). This picture was taken at Elizabeth's wedding, where she got married to her high school sweetheart Cody.
When Elizabeth and Cody moved in together she got pregnant with twins. Since they were both still so young, Cody felt stressed and started an affair with their mutual friend Shay. When Elizabeth caught him flirting with Shay, she got angry and they ended up divorcing. A few days after she found out that she was pregnant again which was unfortunate timing (accidentally hit try for a baby instead of woohoo
The oldest of the girls, Valerie Avery. She is an outgoing sim who loves fashion. Her dream is to be popular, so she joined the Paragons, and is trying to find a way to take over the club.
Her sister Jesy Avery is more of a dance machine. She loves dancing, and recently started to train her DJ skills as well.
The youngest is Eva Avery. She is a loner and prefers playing outside alone, instead of being in big groups of people
Valerie recently met a cute Bartender at the bar. They hit off right away, and are good friends, even though Valerie wants to be more. But she's still only a teen
Jesy made friends with the Spin Masters, and she has taking a liking to one special member
And little Eva is still to young to care about that kinda stuff. She would much rather focus on school, and making her mom proud
