Cannot plan a social event

I've been frantically scouring online for reasons why I cannot get my social event to work and nothing has seemed to work.

I've reset my folders, tried to make a event via a new save and nothing :'(

I am able to select "Plan a social event..." on the phone, get the window to select the entertainer, host, bartender and guests, but once I have all that sorted out, the "select location" page is blank. There is literally nothing for me to click on or choose from.

Its driving me crazy, I just want to host a house party for my dance club *sighs*

Its worked in the past, my first ever save I threw a wedding party and a birthday party for their first born.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: Found a source that spoke of some mods I have installed(must've overlooked it a million times heh) that were being buggy/needing updates and took out the ones that aren't updated and replaced some others. Works like a charm!

Now on to that party.... *cheers* :D
