Save game not showing up

today I started the sims 4 and I loaded the latest save but then i came to know that it started a new game so I went back to the main menu and poof the load game icon vanished away. then i checked the save files there were a lot of them including the one which I wanted. i started the sims 4 several times but the load game icon on the top right doesn't seem to show up.i even restored saves folder to the previous version but no luck PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME MY SAVE CONTAINED 13 HOUSEHOLDS SOME OF THEM ARE NOT EVEN IN MY GALLERY AND I HAD PLAYED THIS SAVE FOREVER I CANT EVEN LOAD ANY OLDER VERSION

Hello.
Come completely out of the game. Shut down your computer. Start the computer and then see of your save game files has returned,

If the problem is still there, doing the following has helped another simmer with a similar problem. Start a new game. Create a new sim and place them in the game and play for a short time. Then save the game. Exit the game. Then go back and look at the load button and see if the other games have returned.

If after that the issue still remains, do this.
Go to your save folder and move the slot_00000001.save file. to your desktop. That is the autosave file and could be causing issues. Then launch the game. See if the load button is there and if you can load your save game files.

If the issue is still there, use these links to roll back your save game files to an earlier version.
