Origin login and launching sims4

when i installed the sims4 on my pc it asked for the game code, i followed all the correct instructions and the game 'installed' on my pc. when i click on the sims4 icon origin tells me i am offline, i login and.....

"we're sorry, an error has occurred
we are unable to connect to EA servers to activate the sims4 on this computer using your account. please try again later"

please please please help me! if anyone knows how to fix this problem, i did not spend this amount of money on a game that has so many problems.

What so many problem are we talking about?
And it seems it's not the game problem at all.

Please download and install Origin client from here:
https://www.origin.com/en-ie/download

Login into it then try to run the game from within it.

Please learn to read before attempting to "help." Obviously, Origin is already installed, or they would not have specified that they receive this error after signing into Origin. -_-

I'm having a similar issue. I just moved halfway across the country, and do not have internet access at my new location yet. I'm not sure when I will. I want to play my TS4, as I have many times while online at my old place, but it tells me that my game has not been activated on my computer. I CANNOT get online at my new home at this time. Is there ANY way around this?
