"The Sims 4 Has Stopped Working"

So the past few days I've been trying to play The Sims 4, but there's been numerous occasions now where my game has closed down and gave me a message saying "The Sims 4 Has Stopped Working". It's been happening after playing for a certain amount of time, or when scrolling through the gallery after about 5 minutes or so. Anyone else have this issue?
