Does anyone know how to change a sims traits?

My sim is going to marry another pre-made sim, is there anyway to change a trait that a sim already has?

Well, you can do this:

1.) ctrl + shift + c to bring up the cheat command console
2.) type testingcheats on
3.) type cas.fulleditmode to enable the full CAS
4.) esc to close the console
5.) shift + click on the sim you want to change
6.) choose 'modify in CAS'
7.) change a trait
8.) click the check mark (tick mark) in the bottom right-hand corner of CAS to return to the game with the changes

You can change a Sim's aspiration without using cheats in the Aspirations area of your menu bar when the Sim is selected. For the traits (non-aspiration) you would need to use Sue's method.
