You can change literally anything you want. Skin colour (as long as it's not too dramatic. :P), hair and eye colour, ect. And border isn't required, but you can pop one on if you'd like!
I'm going to be giving this a little while yet, the modelling section is terribly slow at the moment, sorry if that's an inconvenience So take your time!
