Hi guys, :D

The first one is called 'Lofty Lodge' and it has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living room, a large kitchen/ diner, laundry room, art studio, a walk-in-closet, garage and a swimming pool. I hope you guys will like it. All comments, downloads and recommendations are always appreciated. Here are some pics:

Amazing Yanti! I love how you've made the brick walls look good. Nice divide between the two half's, with that transparent glass area in the centre. It's so cool how you've included all the art supplies: a really arty household could live here and have a great time! Nice use of the things from the new venue. And what's best is I have all the store content except for that darn window, so I might be able to download it, even if I don't own the SP or Pets ;) Rec'd, and I commented on the other one in the competition thread :)

'Lofty Lodge' looks amazing, I've tried in vain so many times to build a nice brick apartment for Bridgeport. Thank you so much for sharing this! The symmetry is so appealing and the glass breezeway area really breaks up the structure and adds interest. Great job with furnishing too, it looks chic and funky at the same time somehow. It really suits the building style.

'Lofty Dreams' looks very nice too, it's so bright stylish, and futuristic.

I love these homes, especially Lofty Lodge! The brick in the interior looks wonderful, and all the artsy stuff in it is just awesome (I love to play artsy sims :D ), I especially love the living room area where your simmie is reading. The design of the home is just beautiful and great color choices everywhere, great job. Left it a rec and am installing it  Lofty Dreams is a wonderful home too, you did a beautiful job of the whites with the pops of colors. Rec'd it and downloading it, these will both make wonderful additions to my games!

Beautiful work Yanti. Lofty Lodge has the look of a 30s commercial building that has been renovated, subdivided and thoroughly modernized...love it. Like the soft yellows and greens against the brownstone brick. Lofty Dreams is a very airy, modern build that feels fresh and non traditional. Rec'd both. Hope you're not too busy for too long!
    Take care,
    Kirk
