Craftsman Building Competition - 4 Choices

Happy December Everyone!!!
I thought a fun challenge for everyone was a must for this month! I've decided that we would build craftsman style homes, but we'd do it a bit differently.
You will pick from the 4 house plans I have selected.
CC/CAP is allowed.
Each home must have a theme that is followed throughout the house.
If I think of anything else, I will update everyone!
Just let us know if you're interested and we'll get started!
