Cannot buy sim points - Please help

Hi i cannot buy sim points, as it will not let me enter my country - i have had no problem buying sim points before. Only last week i bought some and anyway have had no problem buying them before as all my details should already be there!!!!Please some Guru fix this problem up as it only has U.S that can buy sim points, right now i can get twice as much sim points for less, and i am going to miss out, it's not fair.
