EMERGENCY! PLEASE HELP!

I went and tried out the 'complete your set' feature, and I was checking my balance and all was fine, but suddenly my balance has gone down like... 3000 POINTS! I had 5006 before!!
Everything was marked as FREE!! It just told me download! D8
And this on top of the glitched simpoint balance from when I was refunded but they NEVER TOOK BACK THE DUPLICATE POINTS!! This is incredible... I was hoping we'd get to keep the points but now it's looking like I stole money while the site was trying to steal from me! How do you even!?
