Befriend a mermaid. When you're scuba diving underwater with the mermaid, ask about fish parts. If the relationship is high enough, the mermaid will give you mermadic kelp. Eat it and voila!

You can use the lifetime reward for "Mermaidic Kelp" I think that's the name, I'm sorry if it's not ) but there is a chance of it not working. You could also find a mermaid and ask about fish parts. If their relationship with the mermaid is high enough, they might give your sim some Mermiadic Kelp. Hope I helped.

1. On your "Main Menu" Type in "Ctrl + shift + c"
2. type in testingcheatsenabled true, make sure this is at the main menu!
3. Go into your game
4. Click on the lifetime happiness tab
5. Click Ctrl
6. While clicking Ctrl click your mouse to the right of the treasure chest until you get 25,000 lifetime points
7. You can then buy the mermaidic kelp in the lifetime happiness store as a reward.

Reminders:
-You have to eat the mermaidic kelp.
-It won't work if you are already another supernatural being.
-Its really fun being a mermaid :)
