Stairs...

You know what else I'd like to have? L-shaped stairs, or some such thing. I mean I know there are tutorials out there for building them, but my attention span is too short to really figure it out...

I'd also love to have the ability to put a non-foundation structure immediately next to a foundation structure... that would be spiffy.

Yes! I was trying to make a u-shaped garage in the house I was building yesterday and I basically had to disguise the fact that the parts that should have been curved were angular with plants...

I tried using the terrain paint tool, but... way... too... messy

I can make L-shaped stairs just fine but I hate the way it warps the walls.

Agree!!! I would love to have some different stairs. I was excited about the circular ones, but L-shaped and switch-back stairs would be awesome. Curved stairs is also on my wishlist...that way you could have two-story foyer with curved stairs in your sim mansions!

I know there is tons of awesome player created CC out there, but I don't use any...once burned, always cautious!

Isn't there an issue with the animation though?

I can make my own, but my main issue is that you have to place them in an open space. How many homes with L shaped stairs are in the middle of the floor like that? I have them in my RL home and they are against the wall.

I would also love rounded stairs. Not a circular staircase like we have, but the elegant curve that you see in so many beautiful homes.

Sigh... Dreaming.
