Firefox not displaying thesims3.com

I haven't been able to bring up thesims3.com in Firefox for the last 2 days. I have tried shutting down my computer and CTRL + f5 to refresh the browser to no avail. I can pull it up in my Chrome Browser though. So wondering if this a technical issue on your end?

I keep getting error that reads:

Oops!
We are not able to process your request.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?

firefox is my choice browser as well. so whenever i cant open the site with it i also go to chrome.

usually if it works in chrome then i know its a site problem not firefox. but i also confirm java is up to date and as well as plugins

I don't think this is a problem on your side.

I got the "Oops.." page too yesterday while trying to reply to a specific post, replying to other topics gave no problem. I think it's just the site's systems being a bit weird.
