Corrupt Cc help

I've followed every tutorial I can possibly get my hands on, and have a very weird situation.

My CC has somehow become stuck in my game.

I have the naked bottom everyday, and boots corrupt cc, which I've had before and easily gotten rid of.

Now all my CC won't go away. I've tried deleting from the launcher, the downloads folder, and the dcc cache. I've also tried deleting the entire Mods and downloads folder, but it still stays in the game...

Anyone else have this issue, or anyone have a solution??
