    lucky palms download issue

    downloaded it, but when I try and play it comes up blank with no people and my people dont even show up

      Okay Help I tryed to download things for the sims 3 store including Lucky Palms I tryed downloading it and NONE of it is in my game i have tryed every thing HELP!!
