Skyline is great! A fun place fot our Sims to visit at Winter and lots for them to do and eat/drink. I like your use of the snowboards on the wall of the bar. The snow looks great on the trees and i like the lamps and lights you have used throughout. Great build!
This is a fun park for the sims to enjoy their winter activities! Looks very realistic. I love the landscaping. It looks gorgeous in snow. Recommended.
Whoot!! You finally finished it! I rec'd it already and am sure to download it when I can! Rec'd! ^_^

Yeah … The Skyline gave me a few problems in testing.
Since I made my first fortune as a Quality Consultant I always test my uploads for efficiency.
I test every function, even if I don't personally use those functions with my Sim.
In initial testings I had some minor coding problems with some items.
I could not rule out the cause for the problems, and couldn't get them to duplicate in further testing.
Where that would satisfy most people … not me.
I scrapped the entire lot and rebuilt it to alleviate any embedded coding bugs.
Good Luck With Your Application at DNA … Keep Up the Good Work.

Thanks Again … and I thought the boards would give the bar the right feel.
The trees and the lamps are one of the reasons I liked building the park to start with.

Very nice home! Lovely shades of colours that you have used. Great exterior design of the house, and i like the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Very nice work with the inside kitchen and dining room too. Great use of wall materials. Great build !
Gorgeous home BlackSand! Love the exterior. Pretty architecture and the garden is so beautiful. Love that outside kitchen area. Inside, my favourite rooms are the living room and the bedrooms. Love your colour choices. Recommended.
My newest build is a quaint chalet for a single Sim or couple.
The is adequate room on the 30x30 lot to plant a garden, and for outdoor activities.
Small porches allow ample space for skills advancement activities.

I hope you enjoy the little Chalet d'Hiver … Happy Simming!
Very nice chalet ! The backyard and hot tub area is done very nicely, and the furnishings and colours you have used for the interior make it feel to be a warm retreat to getaway to in the Winter or really anytime. Great way you have done the kitchen. Great build!
Chalet d'Hiver is a charming home! I really love the architecture - you've got great proportions and balance there. The home looks just as lovely out of Seasons decor as it does in it, and that's saying something!
Oh WOW! What a fantastic Chalet! I love it! Looks so charming and welcoming from outside. Love the garden. Inside, I love all the rooms. Looks so cosy and beautiful! Recommended.
This is the first Residential Lot I have offered in my Rescue Remodel Series.
A structure offered in the original Sunset Valley … this remodel has been extensive.
I have built many lots from scratch but have always liked this house (horrid in EA form)
Enjoy this remodeled modern build.
You can adjust the outdoor landscaping to make it suitable in any town.
Very nice home! Great remodelling ! I like the pool area , and the way you have done the balcony which has the bar and fireplace. Great work with how you have furnished and set up the interior. Great build!
I really like the remodel! It looks a lot better, although I don't really know what it looked like before. Looks perfect in Hidden Springs as well! Rec'd!

You know what House it was ... you just don't know you know (if that makes sense).
Like most EA builds ... It was Horrid.
The structural design was good ... minus a lot of wasted space.
Typical EA build with tacky decor etc ... and shoddy workmanship.
The house was a little too expensive for "Starter Sims", and not that appealing.
It also had a Sim in it in the Base Game.
Most people never played the house, because it had close to no curb appeal.
The inside was a little "confused" ... and disorganized.
It took a while to work out ... and you have to look for the changes (structurally).
I know I give EA a hard time about their inability to put together a stylish place.
At the same time ... the house (remodeled) costs twice as much as the original.
It is possible that they are trying to balance the cost/complication ratio in what they offer.
BlackSand, that looks FABULOUS! WOW!  The architecture really stands out and so does the landscaping and the interiors. It is just a perfect build in every way. Love the outside BBQ area and inside the kitchen and dining area looks awesome. Left you a very well deserved recommendation.

Y'all were both right about it being a fun place for Sims.
At times … it can get pretty packed in the small bar.
Everybody who is anybody in Hidden Springs can be seen there … even Liam.
At least I can say it has been “stress tested”.

A nice family house … go figure!
Okay … It started as a project where I was making a resort lounge, and became a house.
