Can't get worlds to show up in game

I had to change pc's because I got into an accident and am bedridden. Broken ankle and dislocated elbow. So I am using my husbands lap top.
Anyway, no matter what I do I can't get HS, Lunar Lakes or Riverview to show up in my game. It downloads just fine. Shows up in my download folder but when I go into the game it not there.
Please help. I have tried right clicking the icon and running as administrator, have tried restarting pc but nothing works. I have tried downloading it from my purchase history, signing in everywhere but nothing shows up in game.
Any help would be appreciated.
