Very nice home! Here are some thoughts that I have.

Kitchen's look more realistic when you put cabinets above counters.

MoveObjects On is a great cheat for putting things places they would not go otherwise. Be careful with this cheat if you plan on playing in the house after you build it.

Lastly, make the alt key your best friend. With the alt key, objects will not be locked onto the grid and you can rotate then however you want. You can place furniture to look more realistic. I use it a lot to place things closer to walls, or to give my rooms a more lived-in feel.

I like it but when you take pictures take pictures while you have terrian paint open because it will erase those white grid lines.

Hey Ya'll

It's been quite a long time since I posted any pics of the new houses I've made.. or even uploaded for that matter!


I've been experimenting a lot lately with roofs, different CAP's and some CC makers. I've found a bunch I really like, and I'm using those in my builds. Most of the CC I find is from www.spring4sims.com, what an AMAZING blog! I also give a lot of my credit to ZooU, Wibs and many of the regular builders in the forum. I read a lot of the new posts, and look at almost everyones houses, just to get a feel of how to do stuff in different and interesting ways!

I hope ya'll like The Kenzie - Unfurnished! The furnished version, will be uploaded later on this week!

For some reason my houses won't upload to my studio, so for now I'll use the media fire link and as soon as I get this one to work, I'll let everyone know!

The Kenzie is great. :)Great layout of the levels of the house. It is great that there is a pool for sims to enjoy swimming in. The plants lining the driveway edges look nice. I will look forward to seeing your furnished version too.
