    2 days!

Since this was another non-elimination and Pixie has emailed me telling me her issues with the net, I am letting her pass on this assignment, but eliminations start next assignment.

Everyone else MUST turn in though in order to continue on!

I think I'm doing my best editing job yet on this Disney Princess. =3 Last assignment, it was very obvious the lack of effort I put into it, but this time I think all my hard work is paying off.

I grew up in a Disney family (lots of relatives worked there, Dad still does, my fiance' and I worked there for a time. We go to the parks a LOT.) so I love this assignment and can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

Penski - With you Family background in Disney it must have been hard to pick a Princess. I can't wait to see everyone's entries. ;)

Choosing a Princess was a LOT easier than choosing a profession.

    @Mojo: You got it :)

@Penskii: That's so cool! I always wanted to work for Disney, but I don't live anywhere near a Disney place! :(

@Simslover: Are you telling me you're dropping out or...?

    I can't wait to see everyone's photos!

If you really love the Disney magic, don't work there! Being behind the scenes and seeing everything come together really kills the magic of it. I was so shocked the first time I saw Cinderella on break smoking a cigarette and swearing into a cellphone. That was NOT the Cinderella from my childhood.

We live about an hour away from the Florida parks. (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios.)

I LOVE going to Animal Kingdom. I especially love the Safari. The animals get like RIGHT NEXT TO THE JEEP it's so cool.

Do we need to write our Model's Princess name on the image? The assignment requirements are still for the profession assignment.

OK So it looks like I'm first to post. This has been time intensive as I've been working on this for days and staying up till all hours. Oh am I ever addicted to these Comps of yours Beech.

    Model Name: Almond Joy
Description:" Rapunzel " for The Disney Movie "Tangled"
Photo: Disney's Princesses are are all so unique and Raponsel is especially so. She spent a lot of time at the top of a Tower all alone until her Prince would come. Here she is making her Breakfast.

    ...
This was definitely a challenge to create a Room for the Photo Shoot and to add layers of wavy hair to Almonds head. She is such a pro to work with as she never complains.

I could tweak my photo until the last minute, but I'm very pleased with the way it looks now.

So. Much. Editing. 50+ layers. -handcramp-

    Model Name: Kinley McCoy
Description: Kinley decided to become Mulan for her Disney themed photoshoot. Mulan was more than a princess, she was a fighter. In her story, Mulan struggled to prove herself in a world where she couldn't be the person she wanted to. She was not born into royalty. It was her adventure, her drive and determination, that made her a princess.
After the photographer got behind the camera, Kinley took a deep breath and straightened her back. Today, she was not just a Princess, she was a warrior.

If the assignment requirements change and we need to have the Princess's name on the image, here is the same picture with the name on:

I love Almond's picture. The room reminds me of a Faerie-type place.

Eeep! Sorry my mom took me on a shopping trip so I just got back and saw!

    Love the entries!

@Penskii: No, you didn't need to put your princess's name on the photo I'm sorry I forgot to fix that!

@Simslover: I hope you can come up with something great. I'll allow Tinkerbell, but only because she's my daughter's favorite :) (next in line would be ariel then Belle hehe)

    Great work guys!

Shopping is always lots of fun. I love thrift store and antique shopping. I live for old and odd things.

    Thank you Debbi. =3

    A not so sweet fantasy..

    3ahG1l.jpg
When she was hired by Disney to play tinkerbell, her favourite Disney princess as a kid, sally did not realise the characters were not as sweet as they were on-screen.

Wow, I love the glowing effect of the wings and how closely you've matched Tinkerbell.

And wow, we are close to the final four.
    Time passes so quickly.
